| The results of the International Summer School eLearning 2011 |

Author master classes held by e-learning professionals and devoted to the creation of e-courses and measurement of their effectiveness were in the centre of the official part of the event. Trainings by Elena Lokteva (Belarus) and Yuri Maiski (Russia) were organized in the form of role games, which gave an opportunity to see common tasks from different angle as well as understand the technique of conducting such games to be able to apply them in one’s daily practice. During the performance of Vladimir Naumov and in the result of joint discussion 4 scenarios of soft skills courses were elaborated. Master class from Yuri Dukhnich helped its listeners create a system of evaluation of e-courses effectiveness. Moreover, it touched upon the problems of interaction between higher educational establishments and e-learning companies and helped to outline possible ways out. Also within the frameworks of Summer School Dmitri Kerchman, a marketing director of «Hypermethod IBS», presented a new project of the company. Traditionally, among the participants of the school the winners were defined according to 3 nominations. “Master of e-learning management” was given to Yuri Duhnich, an author and chief editor of the portal SmartEdu.com. “Master of e-courses development” was given to Vladimir Naumov, a leader of the group “New e-learning”. And finally Elena Lokteva, an author and a general manager of the portal e-learning.by, was awarded “Master of Summer School 2011”. All the winners received valuable prizes.
