VEU Sourcing and Skillsoft companies agreed to expand the geographical map of their cooperation and to bring the collections of educational distance courses to the markets of the Ukraine and Moldova. Moreover, in Moldova VEU Sourcing Company is the only distributor of the professional courses Skillsoft.

The organizations have been developing cooperative relations since autumn 2009, when VEU Learning Center, an educational center of VEU Sourcing Company, officially presented the world developer of the educational content SkillSoft on the territory of Belarus. This period of intensive work resulted in obtaining big positive mutual experience and realization of joint projects, such as Educational Project for students, professors of Higher Technical Educational Establishments as well as for Belarusian secondary schools (EPAM Systems and VEU Sourcing Company provided Higher Educational Establishments with free access to educational programmes SkillSoft for 1920 users), participation in the organization of International Winter School eLearning 2011.
