The HRS division of VEU Sourcing Company got a new leader - Vadim Zelencov. Vadim is an experienced specialist, who excellently balances leadership potential with openness in communications and friendliness. He started the study of psychology when he was 16 and got Master degree in this science. Now Vadim runs a private consulting practice. He also has a work experience as the Head of Subscriber Service and Director of Regional Educational Center.

On December 5^th -8^th in Lviv there was a meeting of HRS group, during which Vadim got acquainted with its members in a working environment. The meeting was focused on the idea of team-building. Life interactions are extremely important for virtual teams since they give an opportunity to understand common values, aims and to exchange experience. The special character of this meeting was revealed through a real team work being far from artificially created game process similar to a classical training model.

The group discussed current projects, set up objectives for the future work. Particular attention was paid to such questions as searching for alternative candidate sources, the enhancement of new candidate search techniques, polishing interview techniques with the prospective candidates. Also the participants discussed internal business processes in terms of their improvement and optimization, including the understanding of current projects and open positions, delegation of the tasks, the analysis of CRM system opportunities and its adaptation to the corporate needs.

However, it’s not only work that brings people together, but also their leisure time. In this sense, Lviv is a very remarkable place. Lots of authentic buildings, beautiful architecture and unique atmosphere of this European town leave unforgettable impression.

The meeting of HRS group in Lviv became a powerful start for the new stage of the team work.
