Michael's technology development plans posted enough challenges to inspire him.
Technical leadership team defined good tangible targets.  Management team reviewed and liked the estimates. A particular location in Belorussian talent market was tested among many others but looked especially good. Board finally approved the committee's choices and plan. 

Michael routed resources through a careful allocation process. Local recruiting operation, his company's HR and senior team leads identified and hired a number of key engineers. Michael even hopped on a plane himself to meet those folks. 

At last, there is enough longer-term items crossed in his ToDo list. Right people are in place and stay on target course.

That includes the new Development Center in Minsk, Belarus. If everything goes as it does now, Michael will move on with an idea to open another one in Ukraine. That one will smooth out  dealing with their legacy product beginning its sunset phase.
